Platform revealing involvement of Justice Minister in killing of 2 women

The Minister of Justice in the Syrian Interim Government, Shadi Al-Waisi, appeared in a video while reading a field death sentence against two women in Idlib, and an official confirmed the authenticity of the video.

Virtual social media users circulated two video recordings showing two executions against two women on charges of “corruption and prostitution.” They said that the man who read the two sentences was Minister of Justice Shadi al-Waisi in the Syrian interim government, which sparked a widespread wave of anger among Syrians, especially Syrian women.

Results conducted by the “Verify” platform after a careful verification process using specialized technical tools to match the features and tone of voice that are clearly heard in at least one of the two recordings, with the features and voice of Minister Shadi Al-Waisi, who recently appeared in several video interviews, showed a high percentage match.

The same platform quoted an official from within the Syrian Interim Government, preferring to remain anonymous, that the man who appears in the two recordings is indeed the current Minister of Justice, Shadi Al-Waisi.
