The number of people arriving in the NE Syria region from Lebanon, since the start of the escalation in the country, has risen to 19,502.

The number of people arriving in the NE Syria region from Lebanon, since the start of the escalation in the country, has risen to 19,502.

The Crisis Cell, specialized in matters related to those arriving from Lebanon and formed by the AANES, stated that the total number of people who have arrived in NE Syria from Lebanon has reached 19,502, of whom 74 hold Lebanese citizenship.

According to the cell, the number of women reached 6,050, while the number of children reached 6,305, in addition to 19 deceased individuals.

The arrivals are either going to their homes or to relatives in NE Syria, while for those without a place to go, the AANES is providing shelters.
