"No one can keep us away from our leader"

The co-chair of the Democratic Society Movement (TEV-DEM) in Kobani, Hadla Hassan, pointed out that no one was able to distance the people from the leader Abdullah Ocalan and stressed that they would strengthen the struggle further.

The co-chair of the Democratic Society Movement in the Euphrates Canton, Hadla Hassan, spoke to ANHA's agency about the isolation imposed on leader Abdullah Ocalan.

Hadla Hassan indicated that no information had been received about Leader Abdullah Ocalan since March 25, 2021, and said: “They are afraid of the ideas of Leader Abdullah Ocalan, which is why they continue to impose disciplinary sanctions on him, and the Turkish occupation state seeks to separate the people from the leader and remove the Kurdish people who have known their truth through Leader Ocalan’s thoughts about him.”

Hadla Hassan explained that they have reached this level today and have organized themselves in this way thanks to the ideas of Leader Ocalan, so no one will be able to turn them away from this path. She continued her speech by saying: “It is true that Leader Abdullah Ocalan is not physically present among us, but his ideas are present and firmly established in our minds. We will intensify our activities. We will never abandon the leader’s ideology.”
