New "Settlements" in Quneitra and Daraa
The security branches of the Damascus government have begun to make new "Settlements" in the cities of Daraa and Quneitra under pressure.
The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights reported that security forces in the Damascus government sent military reinforcements to their checkpoints on the road between the city of Jassem and the town of Kafr Shams, north of Daraa, to pressure civilians to make a "Settlement", and to hand over weapons in the cities of Inkhil and Jassem in Daraa.

According to the Damascus government, the "Settlement" includes "deserters from military service, those who have "security or military problems, and anyone who weapons to hand it over to the Military and Security Committee in Quneitra to remove their names from the security lists immediately."
