According to Syrian media sources, an Israeli force consisting of three military vehicles and a bulldozer entered the area, where it established a military checkpoint inside Al-Aridah village. The forces also distributed leaflets warning residents against blocking roads or obstructing the movement of military vehicles.

The incursion came after the UN Secretary-General, during his visit to Syria, called for an end to violations and respect for the country's sovereignty.

Meanwhile, local sources reported that Israeli artillery shelled agricultural land near the village of Taranja in Quneitra countryside. No information has been reported regarding casualties or the extent of the damage.
