National figure: international conspiracy against leader is a war against peace- democracy

The national figure, Mustafa Eto, the brother of the martyr Rokin Kobani, who was martyred in the Mountains of Kurdistan in 1998, and the father of the fighter in the ranks of the Guerrilla forces, Rokin Kobani. He has 7 sons and 5 daughters. He met the leader Abdullah Ocalan three times, during the years (1989, 1995, 1998) while he was in Beirut.

Mustafa Eto was a member of the Syrian Communist Party, and after learning about the goals of the Kurdistan Liberation Movement, its struggle for its people, its homeland, and its cause, and his admiration for the nobility of its ideas in defending oppressed peoples through a group of his comrades in the city of Kobani, he decided to join it in 1989, seeking to get to know more on the movement of this system, he decided to go to Beirut to meet with Leader Abdullah Ocalan, and there he achieved his dream.

 “The first meeting with the leader changed a lot in my life.”

Eto, who is currently the co-chair of the Kobani City Council, says: “My first meeting with Leader Abdullah Ocalan was like a dream. That meeting changed a lot in my life. The leader was giving a speech in one of the halls during the celebration of the August 15 jump, but I did not have the opportunity to meet him face to face, and sit with him, so I decided to go with some national figures to the Martyr Masoum Korkmaz Academy in Lebanon, and there I heard someone calling us to a meeting, so we gathered in the academy courtyard and suddenly the leader entered us. It was an indescribable feeling. My emotions were mixed and I felt an overwhelming power inside me.”

Mustafa Eto pointed out, “The leader’s first and last goal was to bring peace to the world, specifically in the Middle East region, which has been experiencing conflicts since the dawn of history. That is why they conspired against him to eliminate his democratic project, but they failed in that, so they impose strict isolation on him inside his detention center with the aim of preventing his thoughts from disseminating."

Regarding the strict isolation imposed on the leader, the national figure, Mustafa Eto, explained that “the goal of the isolation imposed by the occupying state on the leader is to fight democracy, justice, and peace that the leader proposed through his pleas, analysis, and ideas, and in doing so it is trying to stand in the way of peace and prevent the people of the region, specifically the Kurdish people, from the achievement their freedom and finding a political solution to their issue.

Eto stressed that the Turkish occupation will fail in its colonial plan, because the people of the region are armed with the free philosophy of leader Abdullah Ocalan, and no one will be able to suppress their dreams.

At the conclusion of his speech, Eto called on the people of the region to go out into the squares and unify their voice in the face of those conspiring against the leader Abdullah Ocalan and to raise the pace of his struggle until he achieves his physical freedom. He considered the physical freedom of the leader to be the freedom of every individual who aspires to live in security and stability in the Middle East.
