Mesopotamia Association distributes aid in Latakia

In line with its ongoing humanitarian commitment to addressing the needs of affected communities in Syria, the Mesopotamia Relief and Development Association continues to distribute food baskets in the city of Latakia and its surrounding villages.

 Today, the Association carried out the distribution of food baskets as part of its third convoy in Latakia and its villages, in coordination with the Directorate of Social Affairs and Labor in Latakia.

 Through this initiative, the Association aims to enhance food security and promote a degree of social stability for families lacking stable sources of income. It particularly seeks to reach the most vulnerable groups, including individuals with special needs and those with permanent disabilities, through precise mechanisms for identifying beneficiaries.

 This campaign is part of a series of humanitarian and relief interventions implemented by the Mesopotamia Relief and Development Association across various Syrian regions, guided by its vision rooted in principles of justice, transparency, and human dignity.
