Mercenaries of Interim government renew shelling on Al-Shaqif Neighborhood in Aleppo

The Media Center of the Internal Security Forces in Aleppo issued a statement revealing the renewed artillery shelling by mercenaries of the interim government, supported by the Turkish occupation, on the neighborhoods of Sheikh Maqsoud, Al-Ashrafiyeh, and Bani Zaid in the city of Aleppo, resulting in material damage.

The statement said: “At exactly 12:10 a.m. after midnight, factions affiliated with the Damascus government shelled the Al-Shaqif neighborhood in the city of Aleppo with five artillery shells, causing material damage to properties, without any information so far about human casualties. This shelling comes within the context of the ongoing escalation targeting residential neighborhoods in the city.”

Violent attacks by mercenaries of the interim government, supported by the Turkish occupation, continue against the besieged neighborhoods in the city of Aleppo, where civilian and populated areas are directly targeted with various types of heavy weapons, in addition to infrastructure and public facilities, resulting in significant damage.
