Kurdish diaspora holds large protests across Europe in support of Rojava

The Kurdish diaspora held large demonstrations in several European cities, including in front of the European Union headquarters in Brussels, responding to a general mobilization call and showing support for the Rojava resistance and the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF), while denouncing international silence regarding these attacks and massacres.

The demonstrations took place in Dortmund and Stuttgart in Germany, as well as London in the UK. Protesters chanted slogans supporting the Rojava resistance and the SDF, and rejecting the international silence over the massacres, killings, and ethnic-targeted violence against the Kurdish people.

Young people also protested in front of the EU headquarters in Brussels, expressing rejection of European stances that overlook the facts in Syria, and criticizing Western double standards and failure to protect the Kurds, who made significant sacrifices in the fight against terrorism and defended the world against some of the most extreme terrorist organizations in history.

Additionally, demonstrations occurred in cities in Norway, Switzerland, and the Netherlands, with many affirming their support for the Rojava resistance and expressing readiness to travel to Rojava to participate in the defense of their people and prevent further massacres or forced displacement.
