Kobani, Salahaddin Universities sign agreement to strengthen cooperation

Kobani University and Salahaddin University in Hawler signed the academic cooperation and coordination agreement yesterday, Tuesday, during a visit by a delegation from Kobani University to Salahaddin University, as part of efforts to strengthen scientific and academic relations between the two sides.

The Kobani University delegation was received by Salahaddin University President Dr. Kamiran Younis, Director of the International Relations Office Dr. Awara Amin, along with several members of the university’s administrative body.

The Kobani University delegation included Sharvan Muslim and Khazna Ibrahim, co-chairs of the university; Mustafa Moro, Vice President for Academic Affairs; and Kobani University’s representative in Europe, Roka Shado, who contributed to coordinating and developing academic relations between the two universities.

The agreement includes strengthening scientific and academic cooperation between the two universities, developing joint research areas, exchanging academic knowledge and expertise, and supporting coordination among academic staff and institutions on both sides.

The agreement comes as part of Kobani University’s efforts to expand its academic relations and strengthen cooperation with universities and educational institutions, contributing to the development of scientific research and the exchange of academic experiences and expertise.
