Three people were killed today in two Israeli drone strikes in southern Lebanon, according to the Lebanese Ministry of Health, including a Hezbollah official whom Israel described as a senior figure in the group’s anti-tank missile system.

The Israeli military stated that it "attacked in the Kounin area of southern Lebanon and eliminated Hassan Mohammed Hammoudi, the head of the anti-tank missile unit in the Bint Jbeil area of Hezbollah," adding that Hammoudi was involved in planning attacks against targets inside Israel during the recent war.

Concurrently, the Israeli newspaper *Yedioth Ahronoth* reported that "the Israeli military launched an attack yesterday (Friday) in the Gaza Strip targeting al-Issa, known as Abu Omar al-Suri, the member of Hamas’s military wing, who was accused by security agencies of involvement in planning the October 7 attack and establishing the movement’s training system."

The newspaper noted that al-Issa, credited with a pivotal role in building Hamas’s modern military infrastructure and training thousands of operatives, was killed along with his wife and grandson in a strike targeting him in the Gaza Strip.
