The news center reported that the sounds heard in Homs were due to an attack targeting the Al-Aminiya area in northern Homs and the Um Haratin area in western Homs. 

Sham FM Radio reported that the sounds heard in Homs were due to an attack targeting the Al-Aminiya area north of Homs and the Um Haratin area west of Homs. 

A Damascus government-affiliated agency indicated that there are initial reports of an Israeli attack targeting two villages in the northern and western countryside of Homs. 

As for the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, it reported that Israeli strikes targeted two locations: the first near the Al-Aminiya farm north of the city of Homs, and another near the village of Khirbat al-Tin west of the city of Homs. 

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights has recorded 155 instances since the beginning of 2024 in which Israel targeted Syrian territory, 129 of which were aerial and 26 ground attacks. These strikes resulted in the injury and destruction of approximately 282 targets, including weapon and ammunition depots, headquarters, centers, and vehicles. 

These strikes resulted in the death of 410 military personnel, in addition to injuring 273 others with varying degrees of wounds.
