At least 400 people killed, injured during two months of Israeli escalation in Syria

Israel targeted Syrian territory 86 times over the past two months, resulting in the deaths of 199 military personnel and injuring 129 others with varying degrees of wounds. Additionally, 41 civilians were killed, and 33 were injured.

A report by the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights SOHR indicated that Israel has recently intensified its strikes on Syria in conjunction with its escalation in Lebanon. The campaign began on September 26, with intensive airstrikes and ground attacks targeting the border crossings between the two countries, resulting in significant human losses and extensive damage to property.

According to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, the toll of Israeli strikes since the beginning of the escalation in Lebanon has reached 86 targets, including 77 airstrikes and 9 ground bombardments, resulting in the destruction of 138 diverse military targets. 

The Israeli strikes resulted in the deaths of 199 military personnel, in addition to injuring 129 others with varying degrees of wounds. They also resulted in the deaths of 41 people, including 11 children and 12 women, and injured 33 of them, according to the SOHR.
