As Israeli incursions inside Syrian territory escalate, Israeli army forces pushed late Monday–Tuesday into the Tal Krum area in central Quneitra countryside, amid fears that military movements could expand.

Local sources said the Israeli forces also prevented residents of Al-Hamidiyah village in northern Quneitra countryside from carrying out maintenance work on the water-pumping line adjacent to the village, which resulted in halting efforts to rehabilitate the line and provide water for the population.

Preceding these incursions, the Israeli army had launched sudden exercises in the Golan Heights involving explosions, troop movements, and aircraft, which will continue through today.

This development adds further tension to southern Syria, at a time when incursions are recurring without any response from the transitional government.

Yesterday, the village of Kodneh witnessed repeated incursions by Israeli forces with military vehicles along the ceasefire line, amid tension and fear among residents of an escalation.
