Israeli forces shell countryside of Daraa, Quneitra

Israeli forces renewed their artillery bombardment on areas in the countryside of Daraa and Quneitra, targeting villages and agricultural lands near contact lines, with no reports of casualties.

Early today, Israeli forces fired several artillery shells at areas in western Daraa countryside and southern Quneitra countryside. The strikes hit the vicinity of the villages of Abidin and Jamla in the Yarmouk Basin, as well as agricultural lands between the village of Bariqa and the town of Kodna, with no injuries reported.

ANHA correspondent in Daraa reported that Israeli forces fired one artillery shell toward the outskirts of Abidin village and another at agricultural lands surrounding Jamla village in the western countryside of the province, while Israeli reconnaissance aircraft were simultaneously flying over the targeted area.

In Quneitra, local sources stated that Israeli forces fired three artillery shells at lands located between Bariqa village and Kodna town in the southern countryside, noting that the shelling did not result in any casualties or human losses.
