Israeli army continues its incursion into Syrian territory

The Israeli army penetrated 7 kilometers deep into the outskirts of the town of Al-Siwaysa in the countryside of Quneitra, southwestern Syria.

Israeli army forces penetrated on Wednesday into the town of Al-Siwaysa in the countryside of Quneitra in southwestern Syria, and demanded that the town's residents must hand over the weapons in their possession.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said that "Israel penetrated about 7 kilometers deep from the buffer zone, and also informed the people in the villages of um al-Azam and al-Adnaniyah of specific times to enter and exit the area."

Sources indicated that Israeli bulldozers and vehicles entered the area of the Al-Mantara Dam in Quneitra governorate, and the Israeli forces fixed military points and raised mounds around the dam.

On Tuesday, Israeli armored vehicles, accompanied by soldiers, entered the height of the Hermon badge, and installed a new point in the foothills overlooking the southwestern countryside of Damascus, according to the SOHR.
