The Internal Security Forces, the Women's Protection Units, and the Syrian Democratic Forces today managed to arrest about 20 mercenaries from ISIS cells and kill another, and confiscated a group of weapons and ammunition.

 The operation aims to pursue ISIS mercenary cells and their collaborators, who are trying to position themselves near the camp and enter it, especially after targeting an Internal Security Forces patrol last month.

 The correspondents quoted field leaders as saying that the operation is focused on several axes, including the geographical area between al-Hol, Tal Hamis, and Hasaka, and between al-Hol, Al-Arisha and Al-Shaddadi in an area exceeding 100 km2.
