Imrali delegation meets Bahçeli to discuss leader Ocalan's call

The delegation, consisting of Pervin Buldan, Mithat Sancar, and Özgür Eröl, met with Devlet Bahçeli, the leader of the Nationalist Movement Party. Following the meeting, delegation member Pervin Buldan made statements indicating that discussions were held with the Nationalist Movement Party leader regarding the peace process. Pervin Buldan stated: "We listened again to Mr. Bahçeli’s positive views regarding the process. I would like to emphasize that after this process, our meetings with Mr. Bahçeli, opposition parties, and components of the 'People’s Alliance' will continue from time to time."

 She added: "We need each other during the committee formation period. We need communication and dialogue. We need a common stance. We will inform Mr. Bahçeli and the general leaders and presidents of other parties at every stage. We will support and struggle in every possible way to turn this process into a peace process as soon as possible." Devlet Bahçeli, the leader of the Nationalist Movement Party, did not make any statements following the meeting regarding its content.
