Humanitarian aid convoy from NES arrives in rural Latakia
A convoy of humanitarian aid from NE Syria has arrived at its destination in rural Latakia, where it will be distributed to those in need.

As part of the humanitarian campaign organized in the region of NE Syria, and by the Mesopotamia Association in coordination with the Social Affairs and Labor Body in the Democratic Autonomous Administration, the humanitarian aid convoy set out yesterday, Tuesday, from the Albu Assi crossing in Tabqa Canton, the crossing that separates the Autonomous Administration areas from the Damascus authority areas, towards the Syrian coastal areas.
The convoy reached its destination in Latakia countryside at dawn today, according to the organization.
The convoy started from Qamishlo, passing through Hasaka, Raqqa and Tabqa, before exiting through the Albu Assi crossing. It is the second convoy in the humanitarian aid campaign for the Syrian coastal areas.
Residents of Raqqa Canton greeted the convoy at the entrance to the new northern bridge, where they provided additional aid. The convoy of 1,500 food rations, loaded in two trucks, is being unloaded in warehouses and distributed to those in need.
