HPG kills 9 Turkish occupation in commemoration of the August 15th leap

The Press Center of the People's Defense Forces (HPG) issued a statement today regarding the guerrilla operations and attacks of the Turkish occupation army on the Mediya Defense Areas, and it stated:

"In the Metina region:

On August 8 at 15:15, our forces targeted an occupation army bulldozer in the Kolka Resistance Square with semi-automatic weapons, and stopped the movements of the enemy soldiers.

On August 9 at 09:30, our forces targeted an occupation army bulldozer in the Kolka Resistance Square with semi-automatic weapons, and stopped the movements of the enemy soldiers.

On August 9 at 15:30, our forces targeted an occupation bulldozer 3 times in the Kolka Resistance Square with heavy weapons, which damaged the bulldozer, stopped the movements of the enemy and forced the occupation soldiers to withdraw to some extent.

In the Martyr Dalil area West Zap:

On August 7 at 16:30, our forces targeted the Turkish occupation army twice with sniper fire in the resistance square on Bahar Hill, killing two Turkish soldiers.

On August 9 at 01:58, the Turkish occupation soldiers were targeted with heavy weapons in the resistance square on Amediya Hill.

On August 9 at 06:30, the fighters of the Free Women's Units targeted the enemy soldiers in the resistance square on Amediya Hill with heavy weapons.

On August 9 at 15:00, the fighters of the Free Women's Units targeted the enemy soldiers in the resistance square on Bahar Hill with heavy weapons.

On August 10 at 02:50, our forces targeted the Turkish occupation army with sniper fire in the resistance square on Amediya Hill.

On August 10 at 09:00, our forces targeted the Turkish occupation army that was heading to the war tunnels in the resistance square on Judi Hill with semi-automatic weapons, and after our forces intervened, the occupation soldiers were forced to withdraw to some extent.

On August 10 at 09:00, our forces targeted enemy soldiers in the resistance square on Judi Hill with heavy weapons.

On August 10 at 00:20, our forces intervened in the movements of a helicopter belonging to the Turkish occupation army in the resistance square on Bahar Hill.

On August 10 at 03:20, our forces took control of the occupation soldiers in the resistance square in Bahar Hill, and dealt them strong blows through qualitative tactics, which resulted in the killing of 3 Turkish soldiers. On the same date at 11:00, our forces carried out a sniper operation against the occupation army that was examining the operation area with a detection device, which resulted in the killing of a Turkish soldier and the damage of the detection device, while the occupation soldiers who wanted to intervene in the operation area became a target for sniper operations, which resulted in the killing of a Turkish soldier and the injury of another. The sniper operation of our forces that targeted a Turkish soldier who tried to move in the evening also resulted in his death. These operations, which were carried out to commemorate the August 15 leap, resulted in the killing of 6 Turkish soldiers, the injury of another soldier and the damage of an occupation army detection device.

Attacks by the Turkish occupation army with prohibited weapons:

On August 10, the Turkish occupation army bombed the war tunnels in the resistance square in FM Hill 3 times with prohibited weapons.

On August 10, the war tunnels in the resistance square on Judi Hill were bombed twice with prohibited weapons.

Attacks of the Turkish occupation army:

On August 8 and 10, Turkish warplanes bombed 12 times the squares of Martyr Hemin, Martyr Şerif, Barbzan, Sinin and Lolan in the Xakurk region, 10 times the squares of Dereş, Zenkal Hill, Wan Hill, Zivk, Shih, Keri and Derya Harji in the Gari region, 5 times the resistance squares of Bahar Hill and FM Hill in the Martyr Delil West Zap region, and once the resistance square in Beşil in the Metina region, a total of 28 times.

On August 8, 10 and 11, the resistance squares of Judi Hill, Bahar Hill in the Martyr Delil West Zap region, and the resistance square in Seri Metina in the Metina region were bombed by attack helicopters.
