HPC in Tal Hamis confirm that they continue to guard their city

The Community Protection Units in Tal Hamis confirmed that they will continue to guard their city alongside the Syrian Democratic Forces, until victory is achieved.

The people of the city of Tal Hamis in Al-Jazira Canton, who took it upon themselves to protect and guard their city in light of the intensification of attacks on the NE Syria region, gathered in front of the Community Protection UnitsCenter to make a statement to public opinion.

In support of the resistance of the Syrian Democratic Forces, the crowd raised the forces’ flags while the statement was read by a member of the HPC, Saleh Al-Khalaf.

The statement, which was delivered on behalf of the Community Protection Units, confirmed that they are continuing to guard their city alongside the SDF, and the statement explained, "The Syrian Democratic Forces are our legitimate defense force composed of all components."

The people pledged to protect the region and the gains of the people's revolution, and the statement stressed, "Our lands will not go to tyrannical enemies seeking to dismantle the fabric that was built by the unity and solidarity of the people of NE Syria."
