Following the fall of the Ba'ath regime, the 19 July Revolution entered a new phase, shifting from the military sphere to the political and democratic arena through constitutional negotiations aimed at securing and legally safeguarding the achievements of the revolution within the future of the country. After the 19 July Revolution in Rojava, art became a broad platform that showcased women's talents across cultural, literary, and artistic fields. Women's active participation strengthened the revolutionary movement, as they conveyed the messages of society to the world through art and made cultural creativity an essential part of the revolution and its collective memory. The youth of Qamishlo affirmed that the success of the Peace and Democratic Society process requires ending the isolation imposed on leader Abdullah Ocalan and ensuring his physical freedom. They stated that the continuation of his isolation contradicts efforts to establish peace and democracy, calling for the implementation of the "Right to Hope" for the leader.
