A member of the Kurdish Renewal Movement – Syria stated that the Kurdish issue has now become present at the international level and is being placed on the negotiation table by decision-makers. Today, sovereignty appears undermined by foreign interventions and the absence of cohesive state institutions, making real independence dependent on a comprehensive political process that rebuilds the state on inclusive national foundations.
