Hasakah Governor receives UN Human Rights delegation

The Governor of Hasakah received a delegation from the UN Human Rights Office, headed by the Director of the Office in Syria, to discuss the mechanism for implementing the naturalization process for Kurdish citizens and the integration process.

The Governor of Hasakah, Noureddine Ahmed, received a delegation from the UN Human Rights Office, headed by the Director of the Office in Syria, Huma Khan, today at the governorate building, according to the governorate's media office.

The meeting addressed a number of issues related to the human rights situation in the governorate. The governor presented his vision and assessment of the current situation, highlighting the most prominent challenges and the efforts being made to improve it.

Naturalization process was being discussed in meeting, and they are touching up on integration process, in which the governor also discussed the stages pf implementation and future prospects for this process, emphasizing the importance of achieving administrative integration that will positively impact the quality of services and citizens' rights.
