Hasakah Governor discusses state of educational institutions in region with Minister of Higher Education

Hasakah Governor, Engineer Nour al-Din Ahmad, met with the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Marwan al-Halabi, to discuss the state of higher education in the governorate, mechanisms for developing educational institutions, and the implementation of the merger process and coordination among relevant authorities to ensure the stability of the educational process.

Hasakah Governor, Engineer Nour al-Din Ahmad, received the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Marwan al-Halabi, today, in the presence of several officials, to follow up on the implementation of the merger process and assess the state of the education sector in the governorate.

The meeting addressed the most prominent challenges and needs facing higher education institutions in Hasakah, and ways to develop the educational process and improve the level of academic services provided to students.

The two sides also discussed the progress of the merger process and coordination mechanisms among relevant authorities to ensure the proper implementation of procedures, which will contribute to strengthening the stability of educational institutions and their continued ability to fulfill their academic mission.
