Generator Committee: Ampere tariff in Hasakah fixed at 15,000 pounds

The Generator Committee in the city of Hasakah stated that the electricity generator ampere tariff remains unchanged at 15,000 Syrian pounds. It also confirmed the continued supply of subsidized diesel to more than 500 generators, along with legal measures against violators of the set pricing.

HASAKAH

The committee at the People’s Municipality in Hasakah confirmed that the electricity generator ampere tariff has not been revised and denied reports circulating about any price increase.

In a statement to ANHA agency, the committee explained that the price per ampere is still set at 15,000 Syrian pounds under a daily operating system of eight hours, adding that any generator owner exceeding the approved tariff will face violations and legal accountability.

It further noted that the Generator Committee continues to distribute subsidized diesel to more than 500 generators in Hasakah city at a price of 525 Syrian pounds (old denomination) per liter, under an eight-hour daily operating system.
