Fires broke out in villages of Sulaymaniyah as result of Turkish occupation attacks
Several fires broke out in the vicinity of a number of villages in Sulaymaniyah Governorate in S. Kurdistan, as a result of air strikes launched by Turkish occupation aircraft.
The Turkish occupation army launched a series of attacks against S. Kurdistan, yesterday, which led to the outbreak of massive fires in the villages of Sulaymaniyah Governorate.
Local sources revealed to Roj News Agency that the Turkish occupation aircraft launched a series of violent air strikes on the vicinity of villages in the areas of Maut, Sherbajir and Qandil, which resulted in the outbreak of large fires in forests and citizens’ farms.
The source reported that the fires broke out in the village of Kalala, affiliated with Sherbajir district, and the village of Karkmasha, affiliated with Qandil, and pointed out that the fires continued to break out and spread as a result of the violent bombing launched by Turkish aircraft.
