Distribution of aid to IDPs from Serêkaniyê, Afrin in Al-Hasakah

Food aid, children’s supplies, and medicines sent by Channel Eight as part of a convoy of 70 trucks to Rojava are being distributed to displaced residents of Serêkaniyê and Afrin currently living in the city of al-Hasakah, through the Kurdish Red Crescent.

On Thursday, the humanitarian aid sent by Channel Eight to Rojava was officially handed over to the Kurdish Red Crescent for distribution to displaced people from Serêkaniyê and Afrin residing in shelter centers in the city of al-Hasakah.

The aid had arrived in Rojava yesterday and consisted of 70 trucks loaded with humanitarian supplies.

These supplies are being distributed in al-Hasakah to displaced families from Serêkaniyê and Afrin in order to alleviate their suffering and meet their basic needs.
