delegation from S. Kurdistan begins its tour with a visit to the Martyrs' Shrine in Qamishlo

In the context of strengthening relations and emphasizing solidarity with the Kurds of Rojava and supporting their struggle and achievements, especially in light of the current developments in the region, a delegation from Southern Kurdistan arrived in the Rojava region today.

The delegation included the head of the FIM Charity Association, Lava Hikmat Muhammad, along with the association's advisors, Nazdar Muhammad Saeed and Hawkar Jafar, in addition to association members Jamil and Karawan Kakil Muhammad, Zana Ali Nuri, Hawbash Dara Muhammad, Miran Muhammad Mahmoud, Daban Abu Bakr Omar, and Bryar Abu Bakr Abeer.

The delegation was accompanied by representatives from the Star Congress and women's councils, organizations, and movements in Rojava.

The delegation began its tour with a visit to the shrine of Martyr Dalil Sarukhan in Qamishli, where they were received by members and administrators of the Martyrs' Families Council.

The delegation toured the graves of martyrs from the People's Protection Units (YPG), the Women's Protection Units (YPJ), and the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF), who sacrificed their lives to defeat ISIS mercenaries and resist the Turkish occupation. The delegation also met with a number of martyrs' families.

At the shrine, Rezan Kelo, co-chair of the Martyrs' Families Council, expressed his appreciation for the delegation's visit and welcomed them. He emphasized the necessity of Kurdish unity during this critical and historic period for the region.
