Delegation from Kobanê University visits transcultural health research institute in Germany

As part of a series of academic visits conducted by Kobanê University to several European countries, a delegation from the university visited the Institute for Transcultural Health Research at the Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW) in Germany.

The delegation included Sherfan Muslim, Co-Chair of Kobanê University, and Dr. Ashraf Mahmoud, Director of the University's Public Relations Office.

During the visit, the delegation met with Professor Jan Ilhan Kizilhan, Director of the Institute and Head of the Department of Transcultural Psychosomatic Medicine at MediClin. The two sides discussed prospects for academic and research cooperation between the two institutions, as well as ways to strengthen scientific partnerships and exchange expertise in academic and research fields.

The discussions also addressed the possibility of developing joint programs that would contribute to advancing higher education and scientific research, serving the objectives of both institutions and enhancing international cooperation in the fields of health and transcultural humanities.

The visit comes as part of Kobanê University's efforts to expand its network of international academic relations and engage with leading scientific and research experiences across Europe.
