Cultural, artistic program for this week

Celebrations are being held in the Jazira and Euphrates Cantons in North and East Syria, as well as in the Sheikh Maqsoud and Ashrafieh neighborhoods in Aleppo, on the occasion of the annual commemoration of National Resistance Day, alongside theatrical performances and the fourth edition of the Autumn Tunes Festival.

Several cultural and artistic events and activities are organized next week in the Jazira and Euphrates Cantons in North and East Syria, and in the Sheikh Maqsoud and Ashrafieh neighborhoods in Aleppo, attracting significant attention.

The programs are organized by the Mesopotamia Democratic Culture and Arts Movement and the Hilal Zirin Movement in the cities of the Jazira and Euphrates Cantons, and in the Sheikh Maqsoud and Ashrafieh neighborhoods in Aleppo.

- The annual celebrations for the founding of the Kurdistan Workers’ Party (PKK), which falls on November 27 (National Resistance Day), are being held in the Jazira and Euphrates Cantons, NE Syria, and in the Sheikh Maqsoud and Ashrafieh neighborhoods in Aleppo.

- On November 25, the Martyr Yusra Women’s Troupe, affiliated with Hilal Zirin in the city of Amuda in the Jazira Canton, will present a theatrical performance entitled “Women Do Not Lie.”

- The Yekpar Foundation will hold the fourth edition of the Autumn Tunes Festival in the city of Qamishlo in the Jazira Canton on November 24, at the Mohamed Shikho Center for Culture and Arts.
