Complaint against ENKS, officials in other parties

On Sunday, a number of war-wounded people gathered in Jazira Canton, in front of the Court of Justice in the city of al-Hasakah, and filed an official complaint against the Kurdish National Council and its officials, along with officials of other parties.

Regarding the complaint and its purpose, the wounded made a statement before the court to the media, which was read by a member of the Home for the Wounded in the Martyr Houzan Center, Khabat Hasakah.

The beginning of the statement stated, “To the Public Prosecution and Social Justice in the city of al-Hasakah. We, members of the Martyr Houzan and Martyr Bassem Center for War Wounded in the city of al-Shaddadi and its environs in southern al-Hasakah, file a complaint with you regarding the crimes committed against our people in North and East Syria and all the continuous attacks we are subjected to by terrorists.” Before the Turkish occupation state, through which it targets our institutions and centers.”

The statement affirmed, "We are war-wounded, and as people of the region, victims of the Turkish occupation attacks and its support for ISIS mercenaries and their likes, and victims of traitors and their likes like the Kurdish National Council ENKS, which legitimizes the Turkish occupation attacks on our regions through its statements against the Autonomous Administration and the Syrian Democratic Forces, and through its statements and betrayal it seeks to destabilize the security and stability of the region, to ignite strife, to make the region always conflicted, and to thwart the project of AANES and the democratic nation.”

The statement noted, "The attacks of the Turkish occupation and the hand of treachery and betrayal targeted the building of war-wounded academics in the city of Qamishlo, which was sheltering those who fought terrorism and protected the region and its people."

The statement stressed, "We, the victims of war, are submitting an official complaint today to the local and international courts in order to prosecute the traitors and collaborators committed by the Kurdish National Council (ENKS) and its support for the Turkish occupation. They have also proven their treason and collusion to the entire world through their clear stances against our people and giving authority to these barbaric attacks against our regions,  we demand that the council officials be tried. We, the people who submit our complaint to your honorable prosecution, demand that all parties that harm the fate of our people be stopped and that their officials be held accountable according to the laws."
