Appointment of temporary executive office for Hasakah Governorate Council

The following decision was made to appoint a temporary executive office for the Hasakah Governorate Council, consisting of nine members led by the Deputy Head of the Executive Office, Ahmed Suleiman Mansour, who will hold his powers until the time of the next elections.

According to Decision No. (41) of 2026 made today, a temporary executive office for the Hasakah Governorate Council will be appointed on the basis of the Local Administration Law and relevant regulations, as per a letter received from the Hasakah Governorate and in consideration of the public interest.

As per the decision, it was appointed that Ahmed Suleiman Mansour will be Deputy Head of the Executive Office, and the following were appointed as members of the Executive Office: Nawar Mahmoud Sabri, Noah Halil Hussein, Khaled Abdul Hamid Ibrahim, Jawad Abdul Rahman Saeed, Ahmed Sheikhmous Khader, Adnan Ismail Jad’an, Vivian Munir Bahou Oussi, Marwan Hussein Hassan, and Abdul Rahim Ali Al-Mahmoud.

According to the decision, the new executive office assumes all powers and responsibilities stipulated in the Local Administration Law until new elections are held. The decision shall enter into force upon its issuance.
