A member of the Human Rights Organization in Afrin - Syria, indicated the purpose of building settlements in N. Syria, which have reached 40 settlements in occupied Afrin since 2018. He explained that these settlements aim to change the identity and demographics of the occupied Syrian regions. (attached with photos and video)

 The region of NE Syria faces many challenges represented by the increasing risk of desertification and drought. This alarming situation is attributed to several factors, most notably global climate change and Turkey's water policies against the region. Environmental data clearly indicate that If collective and effective environmental efforts aren't made, the region will face an environmental catastrophe. (attached with photos and video)

 Since 2019, Lebanon has been experiencing a severe economic crisis, with the Lebanese pound losing more than 90% of its value.  Experts confirm that overcoming this crisis requires strengthening the capabilities of institutions and the private sector, and activating anti-trust oversight.
