American philosopher supports Leader Ocalan's call for peace

The American philosopher Rebecca Goldstein expressed her support for the "Peace and Democratic Society" call issued by the Leader Abdullah Ocalan on February 27, 2025, according to the Furat News Agency (ANF).

In a letter addressed to the Peoples' Democracy and Equality Party (DEM Partî), Rebecca expressed her happiness with the peace process, saying, "I was pleased to learn about the ongoing peace process between the Turkish state and the Kurds residing in Turkey. The decision to dissolve the Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK) was a bold and inspiring step towards transforming this historic possibility into a tangible reality and implementing it. This step demonstrated to the entire world that a way to get out of the long-standing crisis is possible. Let us now fully recognize each other's humanity and work together to ensure the possibility of human life in all its wonderful diversity."
