AANES sends condolences to families of Iran bombing victims

Today, AANES issued a statement published on its official websites, which said:

“The current events and conditions of war and conflict in the region have resulted in many repercussions against the lives of civilians and the complexity of their humanitarian conditions, as all parties must strive to ensure security and enhance partnership and coexistence.”

 Unfortunately, all attempts to solve issues and dilemmas through violence and the ongoing conflict in the region have failed, as they represent a wrong approach to the solution.

Therefore, the solution to conflicts lies in adoption of true democracy and a political solution based on actual results. Our region has become a scene for the aforementioned conflict, and the time has come to reduce it."

"We followed what happened on Wednesday, January 3, in Kerman, southeastern Iran, where the two explosions struck a religious area there, resulting in the loss of more than 100 people’s lives. While we condemn the targeting of civilians, we offer our sincere condolences to the families of the victims, stressing that targeting of civilians is an act condemned by all moral and legal standards."

"We in AANES stress the necessity of reducing conflicts and intensifying efforts towards preserving and ensuring stability and protecting the lives of civilians, also we reject all forms of violence and killing."
