AANES calls for continuation global solidarity with NE Syria
The Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria ( AANES )confirmed that the world's solidarity with Kobani is considered a historical event and an important turning point towards supporting peoples.

Today, (November 1) of each year, marks the International Day of Solidarity with the Kobani Resistance, and on this occasion, the Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria issued a statement to public opinion.
AANES indicated that the city of Kobani had transformed into “a heroic legacy for our people, as well as a humanitarian legacy for the whole world, through the heroism and defense demonstrated by the Women’s Protection Units and the People’s Protection Units.”
It explained that the power of ISIS mercenaries in Kobani had been defeated despite support of the Turkish state."
AANES confirmed that the day (October 1, 2014) on which the world came out in solidarity with Kobani, is considered a qualitative historical event in the history of the new Middle East, and an important turning point towards the necessity of peoples supporting peoples in order to achieve their dignity and free living.
AANES praised all free people around Kobani and their participation in its defense from the internationalists, the Kurdistanis, and all the components of our people in Syria.”
It pointed out that the regions of NE Syria, including Kobani, are still exposed to attacks, and said: “The Turkish state is launching attacks on our regions, committing crimes, destroying its facilities, threatening its security and stability, increasing the suffering of our people, and threatening the gains and victories that were achieved against ISIS.”
AANES said: “We assure our people that the resistance legacy of Kobani and the march of the martyrs will remain the beacon of our resolve and determination to achieve the aspirations of our people and preserve the unity of its components.
