6 killed in separate incidents across Syria

Six people were killed in separate security- and family-related incidents across several Syrian provinces, including shootings, family clashes, and an incident at a security checkpoint.

Several areas across Syria witnessed a series of security and family-related incidents on Thursday that left six people dead.

In the Damascus countryside, a man was shot dead by unidentified gunmen in the town of Sargaya, dying instantly at the scene.

In eastern Aleppo countryside, a young man was killed during family clashes that broke out near al-Sharia Roundabout in the city of Manbij.

Another civilian was killed on the road linking Jindires and Jalma village in the Afrin countryside after being shot by personnel at a security checkpoint, according to information provided to his family.

In Tafas, in the Daraa countryside, armed clashes between two families inside a popular market left two young men dead.

Meanwhile, in the town of Kafr Nabudah in the Hama countryside, another man was killed after being shot directly by unidentified gunmen. The circumstances surrounding the incident remain under investigation.
