The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights revealed that at least 384 people were killed in June 2025, including 353 civilians, 298 men and young men, 31 women, and 24 children.

The civilian deaths were distributed as follows, according to the SOHR:

"37 were killed by random gunfire and clashes, including 3 children and 2 women.

5 were killed, including a child and 2 women, for other reasons.

11 were killed by gunfire from the Military Operations Directorate, including a woman.

1 was killed by armed factions.

63 were killed under unknown circumstances.

35, including 16 children and 2 women, were killed by remnants of war.

46 were killed by field executions, including 4 women.

60 were killed by murders, including a child and 9 women.

30 were killed in suicide attacks, including 8 women.

3 were tortured in prisons run by the Operations Directorate of the Syrian Transitional Government.

5, including 2 women, were killed by ISIS mercenaries.

1 was killed by Israeli gunfire.

1 was killed by a mine or explosive device explosion.

59, including 3 children and a woman, were killed by unknown gunmen."

As for non-civilians, their number reached 31, distributed as follows:

"3 ISIS mercenaries

14 from the Military Operations Department

4 from militant and Islamist factions

1 local militant

4 mercenaries

1 for other reasons."
