In its post on Platform X, the organization expressed its outrage, saying, "Women in Journalism is appalled by the Turkish airstrike that killed the two journalists near the Tishrin Dam on the outskirts of Kobani. They were covering attacks on the dam when their vehicle was directly targeted, injuring their driver."
