Noon Initiative joins global campaign for leader Ocalan's freedom

Today, the Noon initiative issued a written statement, in which it revealed the joining campaign of Freedom for Ocalan, the political solution for the Kurdish issue, which was launched by global unions and political parties in 74 cities around the world, on October 10, in addition to joining the popular initiative of NE Syria.

The initiative explained in its statement that: “ Leader  Ocalan was able to deduce the salvation and liberation of peoples by presenting political solutions and resolving the differences between the components in general, the first of which is to solve the Kurdish issue and freedom of people through political solutions for achieving peace in region in addition to its theses on the issue of women's liberation.

It added: " all the capitalist forces have showed their hostility to Mr. Ocalan through a malicious conspiracy on 9/10/199 that isolated and stripped him of all his civil and intellectual rights, but by insisting on resistance and fighting Injustice the Kurdish people and their friends was able to  to spread his thought to all over the world, today we see that peoples and components from all over the world are joining the campaign to demand leader Ocalan's freedom.

The initiative added: “ We join the global campaign that bears the slogan of freedom for leader Ocalan and the political solution for the Kurdish problem, and we also value all efforts to solve the Kurdish issue in the region and we all know that Turkey is the biggest obstacle in the course of the solution .

The initiative indicated that: "The government of Turkey knows very well that if the Kurdish issue is resolved, the throne of its dictatorship will fall." It added: "Let the whole world know that the solution for the Kurdish issue reflects positively on the problems of the Middle East, as this solution is tantamount to eliminating tyranny in the region, which gives more freedom and motivation towards democracy for all the peoples of the Middle East, and this would achieve peace for the region in general."

The Initiative stressed: "We, confirm that we will work hard according to this principle for peace and its first steps is to achieve the freedom for leader Ocalan and solve all the problems of the region and the Middle East politically in a way that guarantees the rights of everyone."
