Girê Spi Council confirms continuation of struggle against Turkish attacks

Girê Spi Canon Council pledged to provide services to the villages affected by the Turkish attacks, and called on international powers to stop the Turkish occupation state.

The co-chair of Girê Spi Canton, Hamid al-Abd, denounced the Turkish attack on the regions of NE Syria, and the village of Khalidiya, where Amsha Hilal Al-Bakkar (65 years old) was martyred, and her husband Muhammad Khalaf Al-Ali (70 years old) was seriously injured, and said that the goal of the Turkish occupation is to destroy infrastructure, services and undermined security and stability in the region.

Hamid al-Abd pledged to continue the struggle, provide services to the people, and repair the facilities that were targeted by the occupying state.

Al-Abd criticized the Russian role for not adhering to the Sochi Agreement concluded on October 22, 2019, to monitor the ceasefire and protect civilians in the areas of frontlines with the Turkish enemy.

He called on international powers to stand up to the crimes of the Turkish occupation against the Syrian people.
