Jazira residents head towards Global Coalition HQ
The people of the districts of Jal Agha, Rumailan, Garkê Legê and Dirk went to the headquarters of the Global Coalition to Defeat ISIS and held a meeting with officials there.
Residents coming from the districts of Jal Agha, Rumailan, Garkê Legê and Derik gathered in Martyr Khabat Square in the Garkê Legê district, where they made a press statement.
The statement was delivered by a member of the Energy Office in Jazira region, Abdul Aziz Youssef, in which he condemned the attacks of the Turkish occupation state, describing them as terrorist attacks and saying: “This cowardly act expresses the criminal approach that targets the stability and lives of the people of the region.”
Abdulaziz Youssef called on the United Nations Security Council and the Global Coalition to Defeat ISIS to immediately stop these terrorist practices and actions and close the airspace of NE, Syria.
After the statement, the people went to the headquarters of the Global Coalition in the village of Sakiri, so that a delegation of the people would enter the headquarters and meet with the officials of the Global Coalition. During the meeting, which will be held away from the media cameras, a file will be presented to the coalition officials.
