Jabour, Al-Akidat and Al-Bakara tribes confirm that SDF is safety valve

A delegation from the Jabour tribe, accompanied by Kurdish and Arab tribes and clans in the Jazera region, visited the center of the Hasaka Military Council. The delegation was received by the Commander-in-Chief of the Hasaka Military Council and the Command of Military Relations in the Jazera region.

The delegation of the Jabour tribe was headed by Sheikh Abd al-Aziz al-Musalat, and he thanked the Syrian Democratic Forces for standing with the Arab tribes and putting pressure on the Damascus government and the Russian forces to hold accountable those who harm the tribes and their notables.

During the session held in the Hasaka Military Council, several speeches were delivered by tribal sheikhs and notables, praising the efforts made by the Syrian Democratic Forces to hold accountable members of the National Defense Forces affiliated with the Damascus government and their commander, Abd al-Qader Hamo.

Hussein al-Abraz, one of the sheikhs of the Al-Akidat tribe said during the session: "We, the Arab and Kurdish tribes in the region, are one hand, and we do not accept the harming of the symbols of the region. We also thank the SDF, which had a major role in eliminating the criminal "Abd al-Qader Hamo".

For his part, Arad al-Okla, one of the sheikhs of the Bakara tribe, spoke at the beginning of his speech: "SDF is one of the sons of the tribes and the people of NE Syria, and as a result of the disputes that occurred in the security area and the attack by the so-called "Abd al- Qadir Hamo" on Sheikh Abdul Aziz, the Syrian Democratic Forces intervened at the right time and in the appropriate way".

Al-Okla stressed: "In turn, the tribes, thank the Syrian Democratic Forces for their serious stance, and we consider them a safety valve for the people of NE Syria, wishing the SDF lasting success".

The Relations Command of the Syrian Democratic Forces in the Jazera region, Ismail Rasho, confirmed that the Syrian Democratic Forces are members of the tribes and do not accept insulting any of their tribal or tribal symbols. He said: "There are those who are trying to spread discord and drag the region into a sectarian war, but all of this will not happen because of solidarity between the SDF and the tribes, and this was demonstrated during the attack on Sheikh Abdul Aziz Al-Musalat and the SDF forces standing by their tribes and putting pressure on the Syrian government and Russian forces to eliminate the so-called "Abd al-Qadir Hamo".

The Command of the military relations of the SDF, Ramadan Hasaki, confirmed to ANHA agency that the Syrian Democratic Forces received the Jabour tribe after the attack on one of its sheikhs, and took it upon themselves to protect the symbols of the region from insults and attacks: "Therefore, our forces took the initiative to put pressure on the Russian forces and the Damascus government forces to end the what is committed by the defense forces of the Damascus government and eliminate its commander, Abd al-Qader Hamo. We will not accept insulting our symbols and will always protect our tribes and clans".

During the session, the Jabour tribe made a statement to public opinion on behalf of the tribe, which was read by the tribe’s advisor, Akram Mahshush, and thanked the Syrian Democratic Forces and the Internal Security Forces for responding to the tribes’ demands, protecting them, and putting pressure on the Damascus government forces and the Russian forces to eliminate Abd al-Qader Hamo and dissolve the National Defense Forces.

Akram Mahshush stressed their concern for the state of civil peace, and not to tamper with societal peace and hope, and called on everyone to stand together against crime.
