Reactions continue denouncing the brutal attack on the office of the Kurdistan National Congress (KNK) in Hawler on September 18, which led to the martyrdom of the office director and member of the Kurdistan National Congress (KNK), Deniz Gawdet Bolbon

Ahmed Khoja, member of the General Council of the Democratic Union Party, said in an interview conducted by ANHA agency, that the Turkish state is practicing a policy of erasure against the Kurds, noting that the Kurdish people are facing an unparalleled cultural and physical genocide

Khoja added: "Targeting the headquarters of the Kurdistan National Congress targets Kurdish unity, and we are certain that the orders for the attack were issued by Turkish intelligence, and it is a joint targeting between the Kurdistan Democratic Party and the Turkish MIt".

Khoja explained: “The attack took place in the heart of a Kurdish city (Hawler) in front of the eyes of the forces, political parties and people there, in view of the Asayish forces and the cameras deployed everywhere, so this incident makes us doubt the responsibilities of the government there, and it even places the Kurdistan Democratic government as complicit in this incident that targets the Kurdish issue".

Ahmed Khoja pointed out that the failure of the KDP to attend the Lausanne Conference, which was organized 2 months ago by the Kurdistan National Congress to discuss the Kurdish issue, was a clear evidence of the position adopted by the Kurdistan Democratic Party regarding the Kurdish issue.

Ahmed Khoja stressed: “The Kurdish people in southern Kurdistan and the Kurdistan Democratic Party must know that the goal of the Turkish state is only extermination, and nothing else, and the blood of the people is the like fuel for the continuity of this state. Within a few days, it attacked the headquarters of the Kurdistan National Congress and the Arabat airport in Sulaymaniyah, and number of Kurdish fighters were martyred and also attacked Manbij, 3 female fighters martyred, and the Şengal area, where 3 fighters were martyred after an air strike. The Turkish state will not stop this campaign of extermination. We must be aware of that".
