The Luxembourg Foreign Minister expressed his deep regret over the martyrdom of 3 fighters from the Women's Protection Units (YPJ) in a Turkish air attack against Manbij.

Luxembourg's Foreign Minister, Jan Asselborn, expressed, through a post on the "X" platform, his deep regret over the martyrdom of 3 female members of the Women's Protection Units (YPJ) in an air strike by a Turkish drone in Manbij, last Friday.

During the post, the minister noted that he met with one of the victims of the raid, Sharvin Sardar, in 2016 to express his support in the joint battle against ISIS.

The General Command of the Women's Protection Units (YPJ) issued a written statement regarding the martyrdom of the leadership member of the Women's Protection Units' Military Council, Sharvin Sardar, and the two fighters in the YPJ, Nojan Ocalan and Janda Judi, who were martyred as a result of the bombing of a Turkish drone in the Manbij countryside on September 15.
