Al-Bayt: Arabs, Kurds, and all components in one trench since ancient times

The Council of the Al-Bayt League in Kobani affirmed its support for the Syrian Democratic Forces in establishing security and stability, and clarified that Arabs, Kurds, and all sects have been in one trench since ancient times.

The Council of the Al-Bayt League in Kobani expressed its support for the Syrian Democratic Forces in establishing security and stability, and its rejection of strife and sabotage acts, through a statement delivered before the religious institution in the Euphrates region in the city of Kobani. By the co-chair of the Association Council, Mohieddin Al-Ali.

On the 27th of last August, the Syrian Democratic Forces launched an operation to “ Security Enforcement” on the eastern bank of the Euphrates River, against cells of ISIS mercenaries, drug dealers and traffickers, and outlaws.

The Council explained that: “It is closely monitoring the situation in the city of Deir ez-Zor and its outcome, especially after the majority of the tribes urgently called on the Syrian Democratic Forces to intervene to preserve the dignity of the tribes and their sheikhs from the inhumane violations that occur against them in the city of Deir ez-Zor, and hold accountable everyone who violates customs tribal traditions."

The statement pointed out that: “The Syrian Democratic Forces’ response to the requests of the tribes disturbed some people, and non-tribal mouthpieces appeared aimed at destabilizing the security and stability of the region. We at the Council of the al-Bayt denounce such inhumane acts, and support the justified demands of these tribes that want to preserve the security and stability of the region through SDF's operation."

Al-Bayt called on all clans to exercise restraint, and not to be drawn behind the channels supported by Turkey and its tools, and stressed that they are against any party, whether external or internal, whose aim is to harm the security of the region, and that Arabs, Kurds and all sects have been in one trench since ancient times, and added: " Whoever tries to fish in the murky waters to undermine the security and stability of this region, which was achieved thanks to the blood of the martyrs, we say to him, “You have failed.”

Coinciding with SDF's operation, the Turkish occupation army escalated its attacks on the regions of NE Syria (Manbij, Tal Tamr, Zarghan, Ain Issa, and al-Shahba).
