The meeting was attended by sheikhs and notables of the tribes of Raqqa and the Euphrates region of the four regions of Raqqa, Tabqa, Manbij and Kobani, the notables' clans and members of the Relations Office of the Syrian Democratic Council.

The meeting began with a minute of silence in remembrance of the souls of the martyrs. Then Amal Dada, a member of the Public Relations Office of the Syrian Democratic Council, spoke. She welcomed the attendees, including notables and tribal sheikhs, and said, “We meet today in this place to discuss the difficulties and challenges, in light of these exceptional circumstances, what the regions of Deir ez-Zor are witnessing, and how the clans stood up.” In the face of these threats.”

Amal Dada added, "The tribe or clan is a social system that extends over hundreds of years and has a role in strengthening societal cohesion and strengthening brotherhood. Despite all the challenges, since the establishment of the Autonomous Administration, there have been many gains. There are huge numbers of martyrs and wounded that we have presented to reach where we are now."

Amal Dada noted that the meeting is to discuss the repercussions of what is happening in Deir ez-Zor and whether it is possible for it to spread to other regions, and what are the steps that must be followed and what measures must be taken to eliminate this strife among the people of one people.

Then, a member of the Office of Military Relations for the Euphrates region, Mustafa Bali, spoke, explaining what happened in Deir ez-Zor, "Three months ago or more, delegations came to the Commander-in-Chief of the Syrian Democratic Forces, including notables and sheikhs of Deir ez-Zor, and each delegation explained the issues that the region suffers from. The delegation of Raqqa talked about the problems in Raqqa and the Kobani delegation and Tabqa spoke about the problems in their region.”

Mustafa Bali added, "All the delegations agreed to consider drug trafficking a terrorist crime, and even the notables and sheikhs of Deir ez-Zor stressed the necessity of isolating Abu Khawla. Abu Khawla's removal was interpreted as a war between Arabs and Kurds and a blow to the heart of nationalist and racist hatreds. Abu Khawla was summoned and discussed with him." But the man insisted on being arrogant, and orders came to remove him for violating the military laws and regulations in the internal system of the Syrian Democratic Forces.”

Then the door was opened for the sheikhs and dignitaries, where the member of the Council of Notables in Raqqa, Sheikh Ali Al-Saleh affirmed, "We, as tribes and people of the region, are all one row of Arabs, Kurds, and Syriacs. We are all one body, and sedition is sleeping, may God curse those who woke it up, and the sheikhs and notables of Deir-ez-Zor must be careful from sedition."

The notable of the Al-Bujaber clan, Sheikh Nayef Al-Deif, stressed, "What is happening in Deir-ez-Zor is a lesson that must be learned from. The enemies are many and are working to invest in crises, and this puts us before a great responsibility for our democratic project. We must work to strengthen democracy in our institutions, and our democratic project must be unleashed, and the social vision is guarantee and strength to build this community.

In his turn, the notable of the al-Musa al-Zahir clan, Sheikh Ibrahim al-Mu'tasim al-Hadi, confirmed that the events of Deir ez-Zor were invested for personal interests. There are people from abroad who want to sow discord between our sons in Saudi Arabia, Qatar and others, and this must be put to an end to these actions and the media uproar, and we and the Syrian Democratic Forces live in security and stability, and we will not allow this sedition to pass into our regions.

The questions were answered by the notable and sheikh of the Al-Bukhamis clan, Sheikh Hussein Al-Rashed, who confirmed, "What is happening is a sedition that regional countries exploited and spread chaos among the clans. But the wise men, the sheikhs, and the Syrian Democratic Forces contained the situation and extinguished this sedition that took place in Deir-ez-Zor, and we As Arab clans, we are all against sedition."
