Revolutionary Youth slams Turkish immoral practices

Dozens of young men and families gathered in the Free Women's Square in the center of Kobani late on Saturday evening, in an event condemning the manner in which the Turkish state authorities handed over the remains of a Guerrilla fighter to his family.

The fighter in the People's Defense Forces Yilmaz Ozun was martyred in 2020, and handed over in a box to his family in an inhumane manner.

The fighter was martyred along with 5 of his comrades in the Turkish occupation army's attack on the Sirte region in 2020.

The participants in the event carried pictures of the martyr Tolheldan Tekman.

The member of the Revolutionary Youth Union, Muhammad Muhammad said: "It is not the first time that the Turkish state has committed crimes of this kind. It did so with 4 other fighters, and delivered their remains in small boxes to their families, it is an act that has nothing to do with humanity. We will not accept that, and we will strive to eradicate this mentality entrenched in this fascist state.”
