4 martyrs, 3 wounded, most of them children by Turkish bombing of Ain Issa

The Turkish occupation army and its mercenaries have targeted villages located on the front lines in the Ain Issa district and the eastern and western countryside of Girê Spi province with dozens of shells since the beginning of August, resulting in human losses and material damage to the property of the people in those villages.

The Turkish occupation committed a horrific massacre in the village of Al-Sarka in the eastern countryside of Ain Issa district (belonging to Al-Habba district), south of the M4 international road, on August 8, killing 6 people from the Khamis Al-Khalawi family, including one martyr and one wounded, including children and women. As a result of their house being targeted by a fission missile, ANHA's agency documented the names of the martyrs and the wounded.

The martyrs are Grandma Doza (60 years old), Haya Al-Khalawi (10 years old), and Abdullah Al-Khalawi (3 years old).

As for the wounded, they are Malak Al-Khalawi (12 years old), Tahani Al-Khalawi (5 years old), and their mother Haya Omar (25 years old).

This is not the first massacre of the Turkish occupation, as it was preceded by 5 massacres, in which dozens were killed and wounded, namely: “The Safawiyah massacre, the two Dibs massacres, the Al-Alimat massacre, and the Carthage farm massacre.”

On August 18, the child Ibrahim Muhammad (14 years old) was martyred as a result of the explosion of a military projectile while he was grazing sheep near his village, Umm al-Baramil, in the eastern countryside of Ain Issa, 25 kilometers along the M4 international road, located on the front lines with the Turkish occupation, and subjected to bombing on an almost daily basis. Since the occupation of Girê Spi canton in October 2019.

Since the date of Turkey's occupation of the occupied Girê Spi canton, ANHA's agency has documented the martyrdom and wounding of 119 citizens, including more than 50 children from villages located on the front lines with the Turkish occupation army and its mercenaries, and in which Russian forces and the Damascus government are deployed.
